What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order requirement. If an item is listed on the website, you can order just that. However, shipping is a flat rate of $200 per box, regardless of order size.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cryptocurrency only. No other payment methods (e.g., credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers) are accepted—no exceptions.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer volume-based discounts on select products. These are visible on individual product pages.
Discounts are automatically applied based on total quantity ordered.

What is the shipping fee?

Shipping is a flat $200 per box, no matter the destination or order size.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2 – 4 business days (ie: Monday – Friday days).

Do you offer same-day or expedited shipping?

We always use the fastest available method based on your location and carrier options.

 
How long does transit take?

Transit generally takes 3–5 business days. It could take longer depending on your location and the carrier.

 
What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS only. No alternative carriers are available.

 
When do I get tracking info?

Once your crypto payment is confirmed, a tracking number will be sent to your Telegram account within 2 – 4 business days.

Pending Payment = We are waiting on your payment, or waiting to confirm your payment.
On Hold = There is an issue with your order and we are looking into it.
Processing = Payment has been confirmed and your order has been sent to the shipping department.
